Brandcraft

A card game about building brands under pressure.

About

Brandcraft started as an internal exercise — a way to teach new team members how positioning decisions actually get made in the real world, under time and budget constraints.

Most brand education is theory-first. Frameworks, canvases, quadrants. Brandcraft flips that: you learn by doing, under pressure, with other people pushing back on every decision you make.

Each round simulates a client engagement. You're handed a brief, a budget, and a category. You have 45 minutes and your deck of cards to build the positioning, identity direction, and a single launch activation. Then someone else in the room picks it apart.

The result is a game that teaches more in an afternoon than most brand courses teach in a week.
