# Zerologic

> Zerologic is a brand and product studio that takes one idea and one founder from zero to market-ready in 90 days. We cover brand strategy, visual identity, digital presence, and market positioning — integrated, not assembled.

Founded in 2026 by Himanshu Singh. The studio works with founders and early-stage companies across FMCG, D2C, SaaS, technology, and consumer sectors, primarily in India and Southeast Asia.

## The 90-day model

The studio operates on a defined 90-day engagement model with four phases: Define → Build → Drive → Scale. Every engagement starts with an honest assessment of what the idea needs — no pitch, no proposal theatre. Most clients come in with a product or idea that has traction but lacks the system to scale it: an unclear brand, a website that doesn't convert, or a go-to-market with no structure.

Zerologic works exclusively with founders — early-stage, pre-launch, or recently funded. Engagements are one-at-a-time: one founder, one idea, full studio focus for 90 days.
